If you're selling or renting a home as either a real estate professional or home owner, I would love to work with you to achieve photography results which will exceed your expectations. 

 

What to Expect

Every property is different, so photo shoot times vary from one to two hours, depending on the home's size and features. My collaborative and friendly approach means you can have as much, or as little input to the photo shoot and property preparation as you like. You may have a fabulous view, amazing pool, or a gorgeous garden....If there are features you love and want the world to see, let me know and I'll be sure to include them in your final package. 

 

Interior Stylist

If you need any help in getting your home to look its absolute best, I can arrange for a stylist to help prepare your property to shine for its big close-up! The stylist will work her magic by using what is already available at your home and, where necessary, can hire props to "fill in the gaps" and achieve an inviting and natural look to give your shots the edge.  

 

Post Production

Post production photo editing is all part of my service to you and is just as important as the photography itself. High-end retouching behind the scenes assures the best reproduction of any image. With the magic of retouching, the sky can be bluer, the grass greener, or those unsightly power chords we all hate can be gone.

 

Floor Plans

Floor plans should be an essential part of any property listing. I will laser measure and draw your plan up. I then use the latest technology to create impressive and effective floor plans to make the process of purchasing property easier for potential buyers. A professional floor plan will help buyers to remember the layout of your property or go home and plan the way they would like to live in the home.

 

Preparing for the Photo Shoot

When preparing your home for a photoshoot you need to think like a buyer. Decluttering is the number one rule. Don't take everything out, but it's definitely a case of less is more. Key pieces of furniture, rugs, art and lighting should stay, but remove knick-knacks and personal mementos. Don't clutter side tables and desks with anything that will make the room look messy. To appeal to the widest audience possible, try not to display crazy colours, clashing patterns or any other decor pieces that might jump out and put off a potential buyer. What you might love, someone else might hate - so definitely err on the side of caution and try to work with neutrals.
